A memorial stone at the site of the original burial of Quentin Roosevelt.  He was shot down here on 14 July 1918 and was buried here by the Germans.  His family later installed an elaborate tombsite.  His remains were moved to the Normandy American Cemtery after WWII and lie next to those of his brother, Theodore Roosevelt, Jr (4th Infantry Division), who died shortly after landing on Utah Beach in WW1.
