Plaque

The monument is the town’s war memorial commemorating the residents of Courcival who gave their lives in the First World War and the Second World War. A white rectangular plaque attached on the back plinth of the monument commemorates SSGT Klinger and PFC Monts who sacrificed their lives for the town’s liberation.
