A three and a half hour walk from the Inuit settlement of Hebron in Labrador, Canada.

Marker
A large 8 foot high, concrete monument that has a plaque on its face in remembrance of the B-26 crew who crab landed on the site and who subsequently died in their battle against nature. 

Monument Text:

Dedicated to the Ill'fated crew of the B-26 which crashed near this spot in December 1942.  A tribute to their heroic efforts to survive.  Personnel of the 924th AC&W Squadron.
