This plaque can be found at the top of a small set of stairs leading from the street to a platform in the hillside.  Monument The plaque is attached to a large stone, approximately 5ft (1.5m) in height honoring the units of the 109th US Infantry Regiment. On the same stone is another plaque bearing keystone insignia of the 28th Infantry Division. On both sides of the stone are plants in stone containers.
