A small vertical dark wood pillar set on a gravel base with a plaque on top bearing a white inscription commemorating the "Lafayette" and "Cigognes" squadrons that were based there during WWI.

Fayette » et « Cigognes » basées près de Bar-le-Duc qui ont participé aux
combats de 1918. En leur sein se sont
illustrés E. Rickenbacker, E.C.
