Flying Tigers and Burma Road Commemorative Wall

The memorial is a raised relief wall remembers the "Flying Tigers" and the building of the "Burma Road". 

The Flying Tigers  aviation unit (1st American Volunteer Group) fought in China before the US entered WW2 and during the war.  The US Military also was a significant contributor to building the "Burma Road" which was a major supply line to China.
