Inside the church.
A wooden board inscribed with an acknowledgment message headed by a depiction of the US Army Hospital Corps insignia. The inscription is written in English in incised lettering. The plaque is in acknowledgment of the kindness and friendship shown to the unit by the people of Rickinghall during World War II as well as for the beautification of the chapel.
