A brass inscribed plaque mounted to a concrete base.

The plaque remembers the 4^th Marine Division landing on Roi and Namur Islands during the Battle of Kwajalein in February 1944. The 4^th Marine Division landed on Roi and Namur Islands on the northern side of the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands as part of Operation Flintlock during the Eastern Mandate Campaign.
