An octagonal-shaped stele bearing a rectangular bronze plaque that is written in French commemorating F/O Goetz. The photo of F/O Goetz was added to the stele in March 2020. On the left beside the memorial is an instruction panel while on the right is a Voie de la Liberte marker.
