Colmar Pocket Memorial Fountain

Details:

The fountain sits to the east of the road and can be reached via two concrete pathways which connect it to the street on its NW and SW corners.  Monument This memorial features a circular, brick in-ground fountain which is accented by two short natural brick walls depicting foot soldiers and another which features a large image on horseback. The images are bronze, as is the plaque located at the back of the fountain. The plaque features the names and insignia of 17 American, French, and North African military units. All text is in French.
