Fred W. Terbrack was born on November 12, 1894. He was the son of Henry J. and Margaret (Ahern) Terbrack. He enlisted in the Army on April 29, 1918 and served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company C, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on October 12, 1918 and is now buried in Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery and Memorial, Romagne-sous-Montfaucon, Departement de la Meuse, Lorraine, France.
