Neville B. O'Hara was born on January 21, 1897 in Magnolia, Harrison County, Iowa. He was the son of William Thomas O'Hara and Nannette Clark O'Hara. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Battery B, 6th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Division. He was Killed in Action on October 1, 1918 in Lorraine, France at the age of 21 and is now buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Magnolia, Harrison County, Iowa, USA.
