When Albert H. Wynn was born in December 1897 in Tennessee, his father, Henry, was 47 and his mother, Maria, was 40. He had three brothers and seven sisters. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Corporal in Battery C, 6th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Division. He died from his wounds received in battle on October 8, 1918 at the age of 20 and is now buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia, USA.
