Dale L. Morgan was born in 1922. He attended Abraham Lincoln School. Dale served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Corporal in the 1st Infantry Division. Overseas for two years, he served in African and Sicily before going to France on D-Day. He was Killed in Action on December 1, 1944 in Germany and is now buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, USA.
