Arthur Howell Wilson was born on November 19, 1890. He was the son of Edward Howell Wilson and Coralie Cowgill Wilson.
Arthur served in the Air Service during World War I. He was killed in France on February 23, 1918, and is now buried in the Lakeside Cemetery, Dover, Kent County, Delaware, USA. Wilson was one of the 171 American servicemen who trained at the Third Aviation Instruction Center in France and died between 1917-1919.
