Stewart Sleeth was born on May 3, 1914, in Brantford, Brant County Municipality, Ontario, Canada. He was the son of Daniel and Anne Sleeth of Detroit, Michigan.
Stewart served in the 405 Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Warrant Officer Second Class. He was Killed in Action on April 27, 1943, when his Halifax JB920 was hit by light and heavy flak and crashed at Walsum-Duisburg, Germany.
