From American Air Museum Britain:oined RCAF, service pilot training at Spartan Aviation College, shipped overseas to ETO, operational training at OTU, assigned to 133 squadron from October 28, 1941 to December 1, 1941 then 121 Squadron from late March 1942 to May 4, 1942. He was last seen when his plane went down in an attack on occupied France Killed in Action (KIA) 4-5-42. Robert Brossmer's Eagle Squadron uniform and his Boy Scout uniform are preserved in a private museum on Long Island New York
