Arthur Francis Moseley was born on March 14, 1877, in Macon, Georgia. He married Lily Mae LeDrew on September 1, 1905. He served in the Boer War with the British Army in 1900, and the Spanish American War. CPT Moseley served World War I in Company G, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on July 5, 1918 near Cantigny, France and is now buried in Somme American Cemetery, Bony, France. His name is inscribed on the Cantigny monument as CAPT A F MOSLEY.
