Briancon - Communication Y
Description:
A long-covered stone passageway between two 18th-century forts built to defend the city. The Communication Y served as a means of communication between the forts as well as a wall to block the valley. There is a plaque honoring American soldiers on the wall.

Pm the hill to the east of Briancon. The structure was built to join the Fort des Tetes and hte Fort du Randouillet.
