Montgeron Cemetery

Inside the cemetery is a plaque commemorating 1Lt Steed and Sgt Tranchina, who fell in the Forest of Sénart on February 8, 1945, on their return from a mission during World War II.

The cemetery is located about 1.5m northwest of the town hall. From the town hall, head northwest via D50 until you reach the intersection with Rue du Repos and Rue du Gué. The cemetery is already visible at the intersection. Turn left and along the road, you will the entrance gate of the cemetery.
