Champigny Cemetery

Description:

Inside the cemetery are isolated burials of five American crew members of a B-17 ('Slightly Dangerous, 42-3293) that crashed in Chapelle-Champigny during a mission in World War II.

The cemetery is about 1km southeast of Champigny town hall. The entrance to the cemetery is along Avenue du Géneral Leclerc near the road junction with Rue des Pouprises.
