The French Army's 61st Artillery Regiment base in Semoutiers-Montsaon was formerly used by the US 48th Fighter Bomber Wing, who left a memorial.

Take the A5 SW from Troyes and head N on the N67 at exit 24. Take the D101 into Semoutiers-Montsaon and head N on Rue du 403-Ra/Rue de Chaumont then take Route de la Base N into the caserne. DO NOT enter the base unless authorized by military personnel of the 61st Artillery Regiment. Ask them for directions to the monument.
