By the side of the road and indicated by the sign "Abri de Malencourt" Plaque

The ruins of a WWI bunker decorated by two artillery shells and two helmets. There is a concrete cross on top of the bunker, and a stone plaque with french text hanging on it's side. The plaque honors the French 69th Infantry Regiment which was completely destroyed in defense of the town, as well as members of the US 79th Division that fell here years later.
