On the east side of the road, beside the La Zinsel du Nord sign at the bridge.

Plaque

A rectangular bronze plaque, affixed to an upright stone boulder, which is inscribed in French in black lettering. The plaque commemorates the American soldiers of the 45^th, 103^rd, and 36^th Infantry Divisions for liberating the town during World War II. It is unveiled on March 8, 2020, on the 75^th anniversary of the town's liberation.

la 45éme division d'infanterie US du 5 au 8 décembre 1944

la 103éme division d'infanterie US le 10 décembre 1944
