Details:
On the façade of the building. The plaque is mounted on the wall in-between the two entrance doors.
A rectangular blue plaque inscribed with a commemoration message that is written in French and English in white and printed lettering. The plaque commemorates the 3rd Infantry Division for liberating the town during World War II. Depicted images are the 3rd Infantry Division unit crest (left), a map (right), and the Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes coat of arms, France and US flags, and the 3rd Infantry Division insignia (top). The plaque was emplaced at the request of OP 5845 Society of the 3D Infantry Division.
