This memorial plaque is located on the southern right side of the cemetery under the overhang of the crematorium building. It is attached to the right-side wall facing out onto the church.  Plaque Metal plaque approximately 12" X 10". Writing in in cursive. It is in memory of 71 unnamed soldiers who died in the American hospital in Walferdange between January and June of 1919, WWI.

Between Jan and Jun 1919, seventy-one soldiers of the American Army from the first world war died at the American hospital in Walferdange.
