Monument
The monument displays a life-sized bronze statue of General Friedrich Wilhelm Baron von Steuben, shown standing tall and wearing an 18th-century military uniform, complete with a long coat and a tricorne hat. The statue is set atop a rectangular stone pedestal, accompanied by a rectangular marker inscribed in German at the front ground level. This replica was erected on September 17, 1996, near his birthplace in Magdeburg by the Steuben-Schurz Society.
