The Isolated Burial (ISOB) of Sergeant James Halpin who was born in Ireland, immigrated to Connecticut and enlisted in the US Army in WW1.  Sergeant Halpin served in the 326th Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Infantry Division and died from wounds received during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive in October 1918.
