An upright US Military headstone.

 

The Isolated Burial (ISOB) of Private Patrick J. Scahill who served in Comonay E of the 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division during World War 1.  He was killed in action on July 18, 1918 during 1st Divsion operations near Soissons, Francce.  He is also remembered on the 1st Infantry Division Buzancy memorial.
