Monument

A rectangular upright stone stele, inscribed in Russian, commemorating American soldiers, officers and Generals who lost their lives between 1914 and 1919 in World War I. The Reconciliation of the Peoples memorial at the Church of All Saints in Moscow was established between 1994 and 1998 by WWII veterans and others to honor victims of the world wars, the Russian Civil War, the Red Terror, the White movement, and the Cossacks. Several monuments were relocated there from the former Moscow City Mass Cemetery for those killed during World War I.
