MonumentA rectangular upright stone stele commemorating American soldiers who lost their lives during World War I and World War II. The Reconciliation of the Peoples memorial at the Church of All Saints in Moscow was established between 1994 and 1998 by WWII veterans and others to honor victims of the world wars, the Russian Civil War, the Red Terror, the White movement, and the Cossacks. Several monuments were relocated there from the former Moscow City Mass Cemetery for those killed during World War I.
