Private Daniel Sullivan, born in April 1891 in Ireland, County Cork. He immigrated to the US and settled in Pennsylvania; Braddock, Pennsylvania
He was drafted on 6 October 1917, and sent for training to Camp Lee, Virginia, where he was recorded on 1 February 1918, later in New Jersey, on 27 March 1918, before being sent to France.
The plaque notes that he served in M Company of the 125th Infantry of the United States Army, and died in World War 1 in France. The 125th Regiment, 32nd Infantry 'Les Terribles' Division fought during the Battle of the Ourcq on July 31, 1918. His remains returned to Ireland in 1922 on the SS Millwater and he was buried in Lislee Cemetery in Ireland.
