At the corner of the intersection.
MonumentA sign post with the symbol of the 37th Tank Battalion and of the village of Rodalbe. A plaque is attached to the front providing the background to the situation in Rodalbe in November 1944.
The memorial remembers the 37th Tank Battalion which was heavily engaged during the Lorraine Campaign in this area. The 37th Tank Battalion was commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Creighton W. Abrams Jr. during the war. The memorial also remembers the 26th 'Yankee' Infantry Divsion.

Symbols of the 26th Infantry Divsion and the Village of Rodalbe
On the plaque:
La commune de Rodalbe reconnaissante envers les hommes du 37e bataillon de chars de la 4e division blindée américaine, venus en rentort pour soutenir les hommes du 104e régiment d'infanterie de la 26e division d'infanterie, encerclés, dont près de 400 hommes seront faits prisonniers à la ferme Sainte-Suzanne durant les combats de la libération du 12 au 19 novembre 1944.

The municipality of Rodalbe pays tribute to the men of the 37th Tank Battalion, 4th U.S. Armored Division, who arrived as reinforcements to support the encircled troops of the 104th Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry Divisionnearly 400 of whom were taken prisoner at the Sainte-Suzanne farm during the liberation battles of November 12-19, 1944.
