Isolated Burial

A standard inscribed upright Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) memorial headstone.

The Isolated Burial (ISOB) of 2LT Vernon M. Kidd. Vernon Kidd was from Missouri and enlisted in the Royal Flying Coirps in Canada in 1917.  He was killed while training with the Royal Air Force in the 29th Training Depot Station on August 30, 1918. He is buried next to other pilots killed during training at RFC/RAF Beaulieu airfield.
