An inscribed Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) memorial headstone.

On the crew of Halifax II DT795 of 158 Squadron that was shot down over Netherlands.  He is buried next to his fellow crewmates to include the American Warrant Officer Frederick H. Blake.  The crew is remembered on a memorial in Wapenveld, Gelderland.
