90th Infantry Division Monument
Details:
The 90th Infantry Division is honored on a plaque mounted on the west side of the larger town war memorial. Monument The plaque is made of sandstone and mounted on a concrete obelisk monument dedicated more generally to the service of town citizens. The memorial features floral accents, an engraved Christian cross, and the statue of a soldier. The plaque was placed on the memorial in order to honor the role of the 90th Infantry Division in the liberation of the town in November 1944.
