The plaque is mounted on the right post of the park gate below a shield-shaped plaque. 

Plaque

A bronze, framed, metal plaque with a badge at the center showing the emblem of the "Sons of the American Revolution" (Eagle over Maltese Cross), inscribed in English text. The plaque measures a depth of 30mm, height of 300mm, and a width of 455mm. It is unveiled in 1997.
