On the street corner at the east side of the road. The plaque is affixed on a monument that is in a small open shelter beside the gate of the building establishment.


Plaque

Two memorial plaques commemorating the soldiers of the 3rd US Infantry Division for liberating the town of Donzére on August 27, 1944 from German forces. The bigger white rectangular plaque at the top is inscribed in French text with black lettering while the smaller blue rectangular below it, is printed in colors and is inscribed in French and English text with white lettering. Printed on the top of the second plaque are the Donzére coat of arms, US flag, and the 3rd Infantry Division insignia.
