Monument Text:

Les Cloches des Halles, Group de Resistance, a la memoire de leur regrette camarade, Orville J. Cunningham, citoyen americain, arrette le 24 septembre 1942, mort le 4 decembre 1943.

English translation:  The Belles of Les Halles resistance group, in memory of their mourned comrade Orville J. Cunningham, American citizen, arrested on 24 September 1942, killed on 4 December 1943.
