A pyramidal monument made of mortared field stones and bearing two commemorative plaques. The plaque facing south contains the insignias of the three squadrons of the 406^th FG, the 406^th FG, the 9^th Air Force, and a fighter plane. On the other plaque is a commemoration message that is written in French.
