A museum and a large manmade mound remembering the Polish hero and American patriot, Tadeusz Kościuszko.

The Kościuszko Mound (Polish: kopiec Kościuszki) is an artificial mound. A  path leads to the top, approximately 326 metres (1,070 ft) above sea level, with a panoramic view of the Vistula River and the city. Officially completed in November 1823, from the Kościuszko Mound  on a clear day the Tatra Mountains can be seen from the top.

The museum is dedicated to the life of Kościuszko with the theme:  "A Hero for Our Times” and is a story about a universal, timeless, great Polish hero.
