On the north side of the D-903 on the eastern side of town. Monument


One of 3 similar sandstone monuments on a concrete pedestal with a bronze plaque commemorating the 4th Infantry Divisions actions in WWI. 

This monument is in memory of the men of the 4th Division of the United States Army who made the supreme sacrifice while eliminating the St. Mihiel Salient from September 12 to September 16, 1918.
