By the side of the D144, on the side of the road in plain sight.


Marker
A small white vertical marker with an oval top and a French inscription commemorating the American aviators whose plane crashed in that location. The French and American flag flank the text on the sides of the marker.

B-17 "Pacific Dream (42-31110) of the 331st Bomber Squadron, 94th Bomber Group of the US 8th Air Force was shot down with 6 of the crew evading capture and 4 being taken as POWs.
