In the courtyard of the castle, on the left-hand side near two benches and an arched doorway. Monument A road marker from the Voie de la Liberte:  a white rounded concrete pillar, approximately 3.5ft (3.1m) high, with a blue band of stars on the top and an image of a torch painted on the front.

Translation:
"The path of freedom"
