Manard C. Neal was born on about 1891. He enlisted in the Army on July 24, 1917 at Ft. McPherson, GA. He went over France on January 12, 1918 and served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company G, 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on July 18, 1918 but his current burial place is unknown.
