Thomas E. Condon was born on may 31, 1897 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. He was the son of Edward and Millie May (Clark) Condon. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company L, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on July 25, 1918 (at the age of 21) in France and is now buried in Oise-Aisne American Cemetery, Seringes-et- Nesles, France.
