Halsey Burr Davidson was born on September 13, 1894 in Ashland, Kentucky. He was a farmer at the time of his enlistment. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private First Class in Company M, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action in 1918 and is now buried in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Withamsville, Clermont County, Ohio, USA.
