Marvin A. Morton was born in March 1897. He was the son of William Henry and Mary Mariva Church Morton Hubbard. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in HQ Company, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on October 9, 1918 in France at the age of 21 and is now buried in Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus, Onondaga County, New York, USA.
