When Paul A. Coulter was born on July 22, 1896, his father, Joseph, was 29 and his mother, Luella, was 27. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in the Company L, 110th Infantry Regiment, 28th Division. He was Killed in Action on July 30, 1918 in France and is now buried in Spring Church Joint Cemetery, Spring Church, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, USA.
