Isaac Wilmer Jumper was born on March 30, 1922 in Arkansas. He was the son of Milster N. Jumper and Doshie Lee Rohus Jumper. Isaac served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in Company F, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on January 17, 1945 near Faymonville, Belgium, during the Battle of the Bulge at the age of 22 and is now buried in West Memorial Cemetery, Quinlan, Hunt County, Texas, USA.
